Since 1898, the year the first building known as Moorestown High School opened its doors, hundreds of former students and graduates have answered the call of their country – to serve in the Armed Forces of the United States – in times of peace…and in times of war.

The names of these fellow schoolmates are enshrined on the memorials displayed proudly in the high school lobby. If you look closely at the memorials, you will see many names listed with a gold star – 34 names in all. These people, not unlike us today with family, friends, hopes, and dreams, made the ultimate sacrifice.  In the service of our country, they gave their lives.
