Spring 2021 Spectator Information

Outdoor Sports Spectators:

  • In accordance with New Jersey Governor’s Executive Order 234, the outdoor spectator limits are currently set at 200 persons, not including players, coaches, referees and staff.

  • The first 200 spectators are welcome to attend Moorestown High School and William Allen Middle School sporting events.

Indoor Sports Spectator Procedures:

  • As per Governor Murphy’s Executive Order 220, two parents or guardians per student-athlete will be permitted to attend events in which their child is participating. Only those parents/guardians listed as “Guardians” in Genesis may attend matches/games.  If there are more than two guardians listed, only two may attend per match/game.

  • At this time, no spectators from visiting teams will be allowed to attend athletic events at Moorestown High School.

  • Spectators will enter the facility through the lower MAC lobby, check-in with the event staff worker at the table, and proceed directly to the gym in which their child is playing.

General Spectator Expectations:

  • All spectators are required to wear a face mask at all times during their visit to our campus and must abide by social distancing of 6 feet.

  • Spectators who do not have a face mask, refuse to wear one, or do not maintain social distancing are not permitted to attend and will be asked to leave.

  • Spectators are expected to stay home when demonstrating signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at each entrance and exit to the gyms.

  • Spectators will not be allowed on the court/mat.

    • Exceptions will be made for the pre-game Senior Night Celebrations.

  • No food is allowed in the gym.

  • Signs, noisemakers, whistles, and air horns are not permitted.

    • Signs will be permitted only during Senior Night Celebrations.

  • Any spectator showing an outward display of poor sportsmanship will be removed from the campus.

Away Events:

  • Please check our online scheduling website and the opponent’s athletic website for information regarding their outdoor spectator policy prior to traveling to the game.

  • At this time, no school in the Burlington County Scholastic League or the Olympic Conference is allowing visiting spectators for indoor events to attend games due to the limited amount of space available on the bleachers and current social distancing guidelines.

  • The live-stream links will be posted on the MHS Atheltic Schedule for home and away games if they are available
